Job Description:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and documenting requirements for implementing new customers and for enhancements to existing systems. He will be responsible for coordination of tasks and projects from initiation to implementation as well as Second-Level Production Support. While meeting the current business requirements, he should also be able to forecast/advise management on future business requirements.
Interact with business groups and customers to identify and define the business requirements.
Document and confirm understanding of the requirements with the business via Use Cases and other documents and approaches.
Analyze business requirements, determines alternatives and makes suggestions for the design and implementation of the requirements.
Coordinates with other members of the application development team during the design and development phases to ensure the requirements are understood and being met.
Performs testing of the application to ensure adherence to the business requirements.
Coordinate integration with other systems and testing of the interfaces.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with the Business group and Quality Assurance.
Obtain sign-offs from the Business group and coordinates with Release Manager to have the software promoted to Production.
Train end-users.
Work with the application users to resolve issues encountered while using the application that the Help Desk cannot resolve.
Complete special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.
Keep abreast with the latest advances in software development methodologies.
Minimum 2 years experience in IT Application Development, preferably as a Business Analyst.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience in the full project lifecycle.
Knowledge of Software Development Methodologies.
Knowledge of database design concepts such as Entity Relationship diagrams and Normalization.
Demonstrated ability to deliver assignments on time and within budget.
Willingness to work in a team environment and co-ordinate with other members of the application development team.
Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to quickly learn new concepts.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 years experience in web applications Development.
• Design, Develop & Implement Web Application, Database Design & Content Management system. with experience in developing and maintaining web portals.
• Responsible for understanding requirements, coding, unit testing, reporting, documentation
• Dot Net based web application using C#.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, AJAX, and Crystal Reports.
• Should be able to analyze and evaluate existing and proposed Web Applications
• Know basic and advanced design principles, both of the Web and in print.
• Should be equipped with the knowledge of Network, Internet and different protocols
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills. Be able to write sound technical documentation and know to communicate effectively on technical concepts
• Strong inter-personal ability
• Ability to visualize a solution for the problem in hand
• Problem solving strategy
• Exceptional in detail follow up
