Job Description
We are seeking a creative .NET Team Leader to join our interactive team in building Web-based applications. The environment is fast paced and dynamic, requiring that you will have solid technical experience, the ability to quickly adapt to change, and possess the desire to work with cutting edge Microsoft and other emerging technologies.
You will:
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Lead a team of Web developers to design, develop, and debug Web applications.
- Communicate and enforce coding standards.
- Use creativity to innovate new products to enhance Web user experience
- Keep up with new Internet standards and Web technologies.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work individually and in teamwork.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communications skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and meet high expectations.

Required Experience
- B. S. in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent in work experience.
- 5 years experience developing web applications.
- Proficient skills in C#, .Net, ASP.Net.
- Strong knowledge of web services, XML, XSLT.
- Proficient skills in SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005.
- Proficient skills in CSS, XHTML, AJAX.
- Knowledge of n-tier application architecture.
- Deep understanding of object oriented concepts.
- Knowledge of design patterns and code architecture.
- Knowledge of Reporting Services and crystal reports is an asset.
- Strong initiative and experience in small teams as expected to be a self-starter.
- Knowledge of Share Point 2007 and content management systems is a plus.
- Familiar with basic SEO concepts.
