Description : Implement and Development improvement for recruitment Polices and procedures. - Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using recruitment channels. - Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for work with organization based on JD's. - Evaluate recruitment and selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, and testing Standards, recommending revision as needed. - Recruit applicants for open positions. - Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate. - Conducted preliminary and final interviews . - Dispatch offer letters & liaise joining dates & preparation with various internal departments. - Making all deals and agreements with recruitment agencies if needed. - Conduct Exit Interview for resigned candidates.
Qualifications : Extensive experience in massive recruitment and team leading. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures
