A multinational telecommunication company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel / Legal Manager;
Candidates Qualifications:
- Legal Faculty with LLB, or LLM
- Strong legal academic background, specialized in international commercial law with in-depth understanding of corporate law and established
strength in contract negotiation;
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant working experience as an in-house lawyer or certified lawyer at court
or law firm .
- Knowledge of Telecommunication and/or IT Industry;
The following are the job duties:
- Manage the risks during the bidding and contract negotiations stages and coordinate to find suitable solutions for conclusion of contracts;
- Lay down procedures and prepare management regulations concerning operational risk control, for the company's branch in Egypt and some other
countries;
- Analyze contract and operational model in comparison with competitors in the market;
