Other Comments * Minimum MSc level degree or equivalent in Public Health or other appropriate discipline. * Computer literacy * Excellent knowledge English language both written and spoken are required, as well as good written (reporting), presentation and oral communications skills. The working language for this assignment is English. * Demonstrated capacities as facilitator (workshops, etc…). * A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Public Health sector * Expertise in dealing with sector-wide approaches for the Health sector, with financial modalities of sector strategy implementation and cooperation (projects, pool funds, sector budget support) * Work experience in West Africa is an important asset * Extensive experience in the elaboration and implementation of Health policies and strategies at national and regional levels, and in cooperation programmes identification for Health in developing countries. * Demonstrated experience in the organisation and management of public health services is an important asset. * Work experience with development projects funded by international donor agencies is an asset.
