| One of the members of our consortia for the Kyrgyz project won the contract but they need ASAP a replacement for the team leader. Duration The mission is for 73 days including 2 trips Team leader The fee would be 400 working day, standart per Diems. Starting mission on 28.1.2008 Please reply with CV ASAP whether interested and available. Ø Profile required (education, experience, references and category as appropriate) Expert Cat II (Teamleader and Strategy expert) Qualifications and skills: Education at least up to Bachelor's level in the field of public administration or other related field. Additional qualification would be an asset. General professional experience At least 10 years general experience in the area relevant to the assignment. Specific professional experience At least 2 years experience on the formulation of the development co-operation strategies. Experience in the field of aid effectiveness will be considered as an asset. In addition, s/he would have strong managerial skills and s/he has acted successfully before as teamleader in different kind of assignments. S/he has drafted strategies before. S/he has good knowledge on the EC's development aid policies. Experience in the CIS countries and/or Central Asia would be preferable but not obligatory. More important is that s/he is experienced, analytical and able to contribute in an important way for this kind of short term evaluation. Language skills The expert must be fluent in English. Fluency in Russian would be an asset but not obligatory. | |
