Job description:

• To project a professional and customer focused impression of
Orchtech
• Ability to overachieve on daily & monthly targets
• Ability to identify and maximize on opportunities to cross
sell
• Ability to handle objections effectively and professionally
• Excellent organization skills a must
• To become empowered to make decisions and improve standards
• Maintain call quality whilst achieve the performance
standards set by the local Service Level Agreement.
• Meet K.P.I.s - i.e. 100 calls per day and 3 hours talk time
• Reporting to the sales manager on a weekly basis
• To work with and assist marketing and sales colleagues to
achieve agreed project criteria.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven telephone and telemarketing/telesales skills are
essential.
• Have the ability to learn and to assimilate information
quickly.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in written form.
• Motivate others, and be a self-starter.
• Be responsive to change.
• Be able to identify, document and present new opportunities
for the team and company.
• Be able to think past problems.
• High selling, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
• Experience: 1 – 3 years Telesales & Telemarketing in
software
• Monthly compensation: Subject to Qualification
• Location: Giza, Egypt
• Working hours: 8:30 to 5 pm
• Days Off: Friday and Saturday
