Job description:
· To project a professional and customer focused impression of I.I.T.C
· Ability to overachieve on daily & monthly targets
· Ability to identify and maximize on opportunities to cross sell
· Ability to handle objections effectively and professionally
· Excellent organization skills a must
· To become empowered to make decisions and improve standards
· Maintain call quality whilst achieve the performance standards set by
the local Service Level Agreement.
· Meet K.P.I.s - i.e. 100 calls per day and 3 hours talk time
· Reporting to the sales manager on a weekly basis
· To work with and assist marketing and sales colleagues to achieve
agreed project criteria.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree.
· Proven telephone and telemarketing/ telesales skills are essential.
· Have the ability to learn and to assimilate information quickly.
· Communicate effectively both orally and in written form.
· Motivate others, and be a self-starter.
· Be responsive to change.
· Be able to identify, document and present new opportunities for the
team and company.
· Be able to think past problems.
· High selling, interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
· Experience: 1 – 3 years Telesales & Telemarketing in software
· Monthly compensation: Subject to Qualification
· Location: Nasr City, Egypt
· Working hours: 9:00 to 6 pm
· Days Off: Friday and Saturday
