A regional company in Nasr City is launching its services in Egypt requiring one Account Manager to conduct its sales, follow-up, marketing activities follow-through and account management activities

 

1-2 years of experience in account management backed by a solid experience in selling Information Technology products.

 

Technical Requirements and Credentials:

 

 You must be able to illustrate exemplary knowledge and qualifications being:

 

1-     Is an excellent in verbal and written communication both in Arabic and English.

2-     Is experienced in the concept of CRM preferably those who used packages like Microsoft CRM or Sugar CRM.

3-     Is experienced in the basics of the IT field to provide with ideas and solutions to tackle the clients' problems, and act upon their challenges

4-     Is experienced in launching and following up on marketing campaigns based on the strategic needs of the company.

5-     Is exemplary excellent at conducting Telesales.

6-     Is experienced with proper E-mail campaigns formatting, and Newsletter content management.

7-     Is Excellent in following up on sales activities beginning from the prospecting phase up to the sales closure.
